i’m wondering how i can see where to order from, etc. For some reason this doesn’t seem to be the easiest user intuitive method, but maybe i’m getting somewhere? I need to order meals.

Once you are logged into the system and promoted to a consumer, there are several ways to discover the system:

  • one is from our landing page where you arrived: helpberkeley.org. If you scroll down you will have an overview of the whole system.

  • one is from the welcome message you got. In there is a link to:

Hopefully, by the time you have had a chance to go through your welcome message it will become a lot more intuitive! Now that you are a consumer, you simply need to:

  • pick a restaurant from our restaurant’s list
  • call before 5:00pm, ask for HelpBerkeley rations, give them your name, phone number (the one you gave us: that is important), a credit card to pay $10 plus tax for two meals, and, tomorrow evening our volunteer drivers will bring us your order!
  • please be sure to read all the welcome message and its links!
