# I live in a single family home. What do you do if I am not home when you deliver?

The driver will leave the delivery items at your door, even if you are not at home.

When drivers deliver, they place the delivery items at your door and knock. If you are not home, and thus do not answer the door, the driver will call you. If you do not answer, the driver will leave a message, if it is possible to leave a message.
