NoGoKo meal request

You registered to order meals from the restaurants in our program: our dispatchers just made you a consumer. This means that the system now recognizes you as a consumer, and you can now see consumer-only areas of the website.

Here is a link for pointers on your first meal order, there are detailed instructions in it as to how to order a meal:
Note: this link is only clickable by registered consumers.

  • If you order meals tomorrow before 5pm, you will receive them the next day in the evening.
  • Please note, that, if you are in a condo, the driver will call you from her previous delivery, let you know of her arrival, and expect you downstairs: so it is very important that the phone number you list in our database (the one you registered with us) be accurate.
  • important note: we use the phone number you give to the restaurant to find your address in our database, so please give the restaurants the number you gave us when you order (they will ask for name and phone number).

Our restaurant partners are still learning the system. Please remind them to take your credit card information when you call, if they don’t take it automatically.

Thank you very much. Does my husband need to register separately? We are both seniors. Or can I simply order 2 dinner rations instead of a dinner and a lunch?

Hi Nora, so glad you found you way here!

  • your husband does not need to be registered, you can order for the two of you
  • You can do something very close to that (but you can’t do just that). A ration is one dinner plus the next day’s lunch, so, with a ration, you get two meals. You can only order a “ration”. So there are 2 ways to deal with it: (a) order one ration and you can share it with your husband for dinner, since it has two meals in it, or (b) order two rations, and you can share it with your husband for both meals. Be aware that, the same day, you can also order one ration from one restaurant and another ration from another restaurant!

Now–I told you that your husband does not need to be registered. But, if he is going to order any of these rations himself, we strongly recommends he does register. This is why:

  • when you order, you give the restaurant your name and phone number (and you pay with your credit card)
  • we get your name and phone number from the restaurant that evening. We have to find your address in the database from that
  • most of the time, your name is quite mangled, so the only thing we can use is your phone number
  • if your husband, orders, he will possibly give the restaurant HIS phone number, and we will never find you in the database…

So, two conclusions:

  • please always give the restaurant the phone number you gave us as the reference phone number
  • if your husband will make some of the orders, it is much better that he registers too, just in case. It is free after all!
