Hi there, could you let me know how to order for some of our clients who are seniors and are not able to use the internet to order themselves?

Welcome @sahahomes! We have a separate process that uses our phone helpline to allow those with no email or internet to do everything by phone! @Josie is in charge of our voice-only program, feel free to contact her directly by PM (click on her name and hit “Message”).
