Hi -

I recently registered with your program, but I am not sure if I checked the “request meals” box when I registered, so I’m replying to this message, in order to indicate that I would like to request meals (and/or groceries, after I learn more about each of those options.) Thanks for your help with this part of the registration process, and for the much appreciated service your program provides.

You did check the right box :slight_smile: Our dispatchers just made you a consumer. This means that the system now recognizes you as a consumer, and you can now see consumer-only areas of the website.

Important notes:

  • If you are in a condo or apartment building (essentially a building with an outside doors that is not yours), the driver will call you from her previous delivery, let you know of her arrival, and expect to meet you downstairs, if possible outside: so it is very important that the phone number(s) you list in our database (the one(s) you registered with us) be accurate.
  • Because of dwindling demand, we recently terminated our restaurant program. Our delivery program is now exclusively focused on the free meals and groceries to those who are food insecure during the pandemic, or to NGOs who support them.
