I was trying to register as a volunteer. Not sure where I went wrong.

@MeSi, no big deal at all! You forgot to check the “I want to volunteer” option. Would you like to be a driver, a food packer, or a dispatcher (i…e back office work from home)? Or would you you like us to contact you on the phone to discuss options?

Hi @MeSi , welcome to HelpBerkeley.org and thanks very much for volunteering!

Our dispatchers have made you a driver and a packer, so now you can access the driver-only and packer-only subcategories (subcats) on the website.

If you are free on Mondays 12-2:30pm, or 2:30-4:30pm, packing is a perfect choice.
If you are free on Mondays 3-5pm, or any evening 5-7pm, driving is a great choice. Or, of course, you can do both.

Let us know what you prefer right away, and we’ll set you up with either a packing assignment, or driver orientation. There is packing this Monday at 12:00pm or at 2:30pm.

The next driver training sessions, on Zoom, are listed on this thread: https://go.helpberkeley.org/t/new-driver-training-this-week/874. Can you reply to the thread and let us know which session you will attend?

The link to the driver training zooms says private. Also, I see no info on being a packer.
