@step, our dispatchers need to validate your contact info and address, and make sure we can deliver to you, before making you a customer. It takes a few hours. Until then, you won’t be able to click on the restaurant list.

As soon as this is done, you will receive a message with instructions on how to order, and you will be able to access other areas of the website that are open to consumers, such as the restaurant list.
