Our dispatchers have made you a driver, so now you can access the driver-only subcategories (subcats) on the website.

The next driver training sessions, on Zoom, are listed on this thread: https://go.helpberkeley.org/t/new-driver-training-this-week/874. Can you reply to the thread and let us know which session you will attend?

Hi there, how do I get the zoom link for the Saturday new driver training?

Hey Casper! Thanks so much for signing up for the Saturday 2/27 11am training :grin:. We post the link in the New Driver Training thread ~15 mins before the meeting starts to avoid mixing up links. Before the training, don’t forget to:

  • download the app DiscourseHub on your phone. Grant all permissions requested, including photos. When prompted to add your first site, enter: go.helpberkeley.org . Then enter your credentials (email and pwd). This simple app will allow you to have access to all your delivery run information during your deliveries!
  • log into the HelpBerkeley.org website with a computer prior to entering the Zoom meeting
