When we deliver the meals and groceries, we always knock on the door to let you know we are there. If you do not come to pick up your delivery, we will call you to let you know we have delivered the items to your door. If you do not answer, we will leave a message if possible.
If you live in an apartment or condo building (see previous FAQ), the drivers will call you ahead of time and let you know they are coming, so you will have time to go down to the lobby to meet them.
