We deliver between 3:30 and 5:00pm on Mondays and you really should be home to expect a delivery. If you live in an apartment or condo building, the drivers will call you from their previous delivery location and let you know they are coming, so you can meet them downstairs at the door to the building.
The drivers cannot go to your door so we need you to come down to the lobby or the street to receive the delivery from our driver. If our driver cannot reach you after calling (a) from the previous delivery location or (b) when they arrive at your building, they will leave the food in the lobby if they can get in, or outside if they cannot.
The driver will call you again after delivery and post a picture of where they left the food, which will be in a visible location. If you are not home and cannot find the delivery when you arrive home, call our helpline. The helpline volunteers will describe where the food was left
