Getting "oops!" message at retaurant list page

I think I am a consumer, but get the “oops!” message when I try to link to the restaurant list.

Hi Ted, and welcome!

You were not a consumer, but you were made one this evening after your request (I believe you had not checked the “I want to order meals” box in your registration page)! You received a welcome message, and you should have full access right now. Can you check and confirm?
