I just registered, but can’t seem to place an order as I
don’t see a link to a list of participating restaurants.
I also don’t see a ‘help’ or ‘contact’ link anywhere.
I joined this group to order meals for delivery, NOT to be
part of another social media group.

As mentioned in several places, including on the landing page and at the very top of the home page when you log in:
"It takes a few hours after registering to access the restaurant list. "
We need to validate your delivery address and contact information. Once that is done, one of our dispatchers will promote you to consumer of meals and send you a welcome message. Immediately afterwards you will be able to order.
