Use Paypal to donate to HelpBerkeley without transaction fee

If you wish to send us a donation using Paypal with Friends (only possible when you are not buying goods or a service), you will need to already have a Paypal account. Here are the individual steps:

There was no box like that to uncheck but it said “change to Friend”
so I did that. Hope you escape the fee.
