Fried Tilapia fish with roasted potatoes and a slice of tomato garnish

Vegetarian option - Chilaquiles (tortillas, rice, beans, cheese, olives, egg)

Meal 2
Couscous with roasted onion topped with chicken salad with vegetables. Contains peanuts.

Vegetarian option - Vegetable quiche with rice and wheat berry

Meal 3
Vegetarian - Ratatouille (tomatoes, zucchini and eggplant) on a bed of pasta with caramelized onions
