I just registered but I can't order

I thought I requested to order meals when I registered but I don’t seem able to do so.

I want to order meals. Please advise. Doesn’t seem to be working.

Hi @annepf, @Gailcnanao, once you register and request to be able to order meals, our dispatchers need to validate all of your contact information to make sure we can deliver to you. As soon as that is done, we will upgrade you to consumer: it takes a few hours. Once it is done:

  • you will receive a long message that explains exactly how to order, and give you several links to read, including our list of restaurants

  • you will have access to other areas of the website that are dedicated to consumers
