Why are we unable to order several days after registration?

We are having trouble connecting to the site. every time I try to login it says username and password are already in use. We are trying to access the restaurant list and still can’t see it.
Please let us know.

Hi @ebalasho: the “I want to order meals” check box was not checked at registration. Upon your phone call we did all that was necessary: you should be set now, thanks for registering with us!

Please ask anything you need as you get ready to pass your first order!

thank you Kaplan. i would like to order a meal now for Monday but i don’t see page with restaurants and ordering. canyou help me. thanks

Can you try refreshing your page? I think that will solve the problem.
