Are you and Charlie good for 2 round trips for bins? Totally OK if no, of course. We have about 45 bins to move total, so we’ll need several cars, probably several round trips.
Michel–We can do as many round trips as you need. I will measure the bins on Monday and figure out how many we can take in one load. We are available the whole afternoon.
Great, thank you very much! We hope to do a ton on Sunday, so if we are efficient we may have done the bulk then. Alan says except for the cobbler we are ready to pack all of Thanksgiving food, he has been cooking all week.

That is great. For food safety reasons, we may only have up to 2 round trips. I’ll bring my CX5 and my wife her Bolt for a single trip. Are you OK leading the pickup management for the whole drop? Akemi and I are hypothesizing 3 parallel stations but we need to discuss with you.
Let’s discuss the pickup management: number of drivers, timing, etc. Not sure how I can simultaneously do 3 stations spaced thruout the school lot. Best if we talk about his on the phone.
If it is needed I can drive to deliver meals on 11/24, 1:00-4:00. My preference is South Berkeley as I live near there, but I’m happy to drive anywhere you need me. Also, I have ordered a veg dinner, so I can pick it up. Please don’t have someone deliver it since I won’t be home/will be driving.
