Hello HelpBerkeley,
I could volunteer to help with this:

most urgently we need help cooking and packing the meals:

  • Monday 12/13, 10am-3pm, to prep, cook and pack
    I might also be available Monday 12/20, but won’t know until after volunteering on 12/13.

Am fully covid vaxxed, but not gotten covid booster yet.
Please advise on specifics and location, I’m hoping it’s bus accessible, I don’t have a car.

Hi @Helen1, thank you so much for volunteering!

We work in a very large meeting hall that is well ventilated and has huge ceilings with fans. Volunteers must fill out a Covid exposure questionnaire upon arrival, get their temperature taken at the door before entering, and wear masks/gloves the entire time. We try to space out workstations and volunteers to social distance as much as possible. Volunteers do not, however, need to show proof of vaccination.

Thank you Cameron.
I don’t have a car, will be taking the bus to Bauman College.

Please let me know if I should arrive at 10am or another time – I’ll wear a face mask.
Should I bring gloves? Dress in any specific attire? I have long hair, should I bring a cap to cover it while working?
